  150 euro for cleaning ...and if it was the sand - are you kidding? On the island which is 90% covered by sand, this represents a problem for you? Vacuum cleaning the car may cost about 15-20 euros even here in expensive Dublin.

  They moved Fuerteventura office so address, GPS and phone number for return was old! We arrived and nobody was there, so I was trying to contact office but phone did't work. You need to understand that we've been in rush to catch our flight so it was extremely stressful situation. Eventually we found some gentlemen working few buildings away, who informed us that the office has moved to airport. There was not even any sign on the gate to inform people who might end up in such a situation, isn't that just plain idiotic? When an office moves, any thinking person would perhaps realise it is good idea to leave some hints behind. This situation is unacceptable, you cannot give people wrong directions! It was the most unpleasant ending to our holidays ever.

  Absolute Vorsicht !! Professionelle Betrüger, Kreditkarten-Betrug und Unterschieben einer unnötigen Versicherung ohne daß man es bemerkt. Der Preis war schließlich mehr als doppelt so hoch wie gebucht. Ich merkte es erst als ich schon wieder zu Hause war. Keine Chance noch etwas zu erreichen!

  Did you just find perfect deal for renting car from Gold car. You can stop smiling and take my advise and book elsewhere. I booked my car online and paid 'FULL PRICE' 389 euro. It was the best deal online...but unfortunately I wasn't to smart ant didn't check reviews. Be smarter then me as after renting Gold Car charged me EXTRA 438 euro!!! Really!!!

  Extra insurance 231 euro. We had Third party liability insurance and partial cover with excess insurance but when we pick up our car, lady in the office told us that this insurance is covering nothing and we will be obligated to pay if somebody will tear off our mirror or if we crush our car we will be even obligated to pay up to full car price 15000 euro. She sad that it will cost us extra 200 euro so I agreed to pay that. Of course later on I translated my Invoice and looks like it was 231 euro.
